Delivery & Installation

We do offer an installation service including delivery and removal of your old appliance/unit, from as little as £40. Our delivery radius covers a wide area from BH1- BH18 and BH21- BH25.

We deliver to all BH postcodes and offer free delivery on items over £100. On lower value items a charge will be made for delivery. We offer Monday to Saturday deliveries of major items and can offer AM and PM deliveries. For smaller items these may be delivered by courier and it may not be possible to specify a day or time. All courier deliveries must be signed for.

Once you have reserved an item we will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery and any additional installation services you require. If you are not sure whether you wish to have the item installed (such as wall mounting your television or adjustments to a kitchen cupboard) we can discuss the options with you when booking the delivery.

How can I get my new purchase installed and set up?

We provide a “standard installation” service throughout the BH postcode area using our own vehicles and installation crews. This option can be selected when in the "shopping basket" whilst making your reservation online.
Standard Installation includes unpacking the product, setting it up and demonstrating how to use it. It also includes removing and recycling any packaging and disposing of the old appliance. We can also carry out more advanced installations, such as cabinet modification and worktop adjustments for built in appliances. We can also set up your new TV with your home broadband network and mount it on the wall. An additional charge will be made for more advanced installations based on time taken plus any materials used. For more information about our installation services please call us on 01202 431888.

Are you able to install in other areas of the country?

We are currently unable to offer a nationwide installation service. We can however provide help and advice over the telephone (01202 431888)

How long do I have to wait for my goods to arrive?

Providing the goods are in stock we aim to deliver within 7 days of your order. If this is not possible we will contact you by email. Normally, delivery is be possible within 3-5 working days, but if you are in urgent need of an item please let us know and we will endeavour to deliver sooner by arrangement.

Can you deliver my goods to a different address?

To prevent fraudulent transactions we are currently only able to deliver to the Cardholders address.
